픽하다(Pickly) 개인정보처리방침

라운지스(Loungees)(대표자: 김대현, 이하 “운영자”)는 스크린샷·링크 정리 앱 “픽하다(Pickly)”(이하 “서비스”)를 운영합니다. 픽하다는 이용자의 개인정보를 일절 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보
픽하다는 회원가입이 없으며, 어떠한 개인정보도 서버로 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 별도의 계정·로그인이 필요 없습니다.
이용자가 앱에서 다루는 사진·스크린샷·링크·폴더 등 모든 콘텐츠는 이용자의 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장되며, 운영자는 이에 접근할 수 없습니다.
2. 기기 권한 사용
앱 기능을 위해 다음 권한을 사용하며, 모든 처리는 기기 안에서만 이루어집니다.

위 권한으로 접근한 데이터는 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
3. 제3자 제공 및 외부 전송
운영자는 이용자 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 광고·분석 SDK를 통한 개인정보 수집도 하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 저장한 링크를 열 때, 해당 링크의 미리보기(제목·썸네일)를 가져오기 위해 이용자가 직접 입력·저장한 URL의 공개 페이지에만 접속할 수 있습니다.
4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
모든 데이터는 기기에 저장되므로, 앱을 삭제하면 관련 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. 앱 내에서 폴더·링크·사진을 개별 삭제할 수도 있습니다.
5. 향후 기능 안내
픽하다는 향후 다음과 같은 선택적 기능을 추가할 수 있습니다.
- 클라우드 저장(구독): 이미지 등 데이터를 클라우드에 백업하고, 구독을 통해 추가 저장 용량을 제공
- 웹 접근 및 공유: 웹에서 저장한 항목에 접근하거나 다른 사람과 공유
이러한 기능은 데이터를 외부 서버에 저장하게 되므로, 도입 시 본 방침을 개정하고 이용자에게 고지하며 필요한 동의를 받은 후에만 적용합니다. 그 전까지 모든 데이터는 기기 내에만 보관됩니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
픽하다는 별도의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 전 연령(4+) 이용 가능합니다.

1. Information We Collect
Pickly has no sign-up and collects/transmits no personal data to any server. No account or login is required. All content you handle in the app (photos, screenshots, links, folders) is stored solely in your device’s local storage, and the Operator cannot access it.
2. Device Permissions
The app uses the following permissions; all processing happens on-device only.

Data accessed via these permissions is never transmitted off the device.
3. Third Parties
The Operator does not share user data with third parties and uses no advertising/analytics SDKs for personal data. When you open a saved link, the app may fetch a preview (title/thumbnail) only from the public page of the URL you yourself saved.
4. Retention & Deletion
Because all data is stored on the device, deleting the app removes its data. You can also delete folders, links, and photos individually in the app.
5. Upcoming Features
Pickly may add the following optional features in the future:
- Cloud storage (subscription): back up data such as images to the cloud and offer additional storage via subscription
- Web access & sharing: access your saved items on the web or share them with others
Because these features store data on external servers, they will be applied only after we revise this policy, notify users, and obtain any required consent. Until then, all data remains only on your device.
